The reason why I request C88 is to receive the return of import VAT by submitting it to HMRC.
The person in charge at the account office that I have been requesting it is saying that the documents that I received from your company won’t be the one I could submit to HMRC.
I don’t have enough knowledge of HMRC and accounting in UK.
So could I give you email address to the person in charge at the accounting office?
He could tell you the details either via email or on a phone.
