筆者の検討方法では治療前後で機能に有意差がなかったことは理解できるが，結果を受けて具体的に唾液腺障害を評価する方法の考察がなく，全体的にこの論文に臨床的価値を見出すことはできない．治療前後の唾液腺検査を行う日程を決めた根拠がわからず，ヨード制限と制限解除に伴う影響や保護材の影響は除外できない．筆者は甲状腺ホルモン値とEFとの関係についても述べているが，ホルモン測定がいつ行われているのか記載がない．一部で有意差がでた事に関する納得のいく理由も述べられてない．考察は不十分である．
It can be understood that using the author's investigative method, there is no significant difference in the functions before and after the treatment. However, there is no investigation on the method that will concretely evaluate the salivary gland disorder based on received results therefore, as a whole, there is no clinical value in this thesis that can be found.
Without knowing the basis of the chosen schedule to carry out the examination of the salivary glands before and after the treatment, the effect that comes with limiting the iodine dosage as well as the effect of the removal of that restriction, or the effect of protected materials cannot be removed.
The author has mentioned the relationship between the thyroid hormone value and the EF but it wasn't stated whether "hormone measurements" were carried out. There was no mention of the reasons to keep understanding the significant difference for one portion. The investigation is insufficient.
