１．サスペンドの原因
私のアカウントで、知的財産権を侵害する商品を販売してしまいました。
具体的には、下記商品について、
～様の販売承認がないにも関わらず、出品してしまいました。
私は昨年の11月よりAmazonでの出品を開始しました。
オーストラリアの販売は初めてのことでしたので、Amazonでの出品の仕方を学ぶ目的もあり、
自分の気に入った商品をテスト的に出品しました。
その際、出品方法を学ぶことに意識が集中しており、知的財産権侵害までは気を使っておりませんでした。
1 Cause of suspension
I happened to sell the product that violates intellectual property rights under my account.
Details show as follows:
I've listed an item without ~'s sale approval.
I started to list the product on Amazon November last year.
It was my first time selling in Australia with a purpose of learning to list items on Amazon, and I listed my favorite products as a test.
When I did it, I was just paying attention to learning how to list items only, and I was lack of paying attention to a possibly violating intellectual property rights.
Amazonのサイトで他のセラーが同じ商品を出品しておりましたので、
この商品は知的財産権の侵害には該当しないだろうと安易に考えておりました。
2.サスペンドの原因となった商品の事後処理
該当商品につきましては既に登録を削除しております。
そしてこのASINのメモをデスクに貼っており、
今後私がAmazonに出品する際には特に注意してチェックします。
また、私は出品時に一括出品ツールを使用しておりますが
今回警告を受けたこの商品については一括出品ツールへのブラックリスト化を行っております。
Other sellers were listing the same products for sale in the Amazon site therefore I easily thought that this product did not fall under the infringement of intellectual property rights.
2. Disposal of the products that have become the cause of the suspension
I have already deleted the registration of the said product.
Then I have pasted this ASIN memo on my desk and from hereon whenever I list products for sale in Amazon I will give them particular attention and carry out checks.
Also, I use the batch listing tool when I list products for sale but with regard to this product that has received the current warning is being blaclisted from the batch listing tool.
この結果、私が該当商品を出品することは二度とございません。
3.今後の改善策
今回の件は、知的財産権の侵害について私の経験不足、知識不足によるものです。
日本国内の色々なお店やネットショップの商品を見て回り、
自分が気に入った商品を私のAmazonショップで出品しておりました。
出品時特に知的財産権を有する商品のことは深く意識しておりませんでした。
今回のサスペンドの経験から、深く反省し、
今後、商品を出品する際には今まで以上に注意を払います。
まず、Amazonの出品規約の理解を深めます。
As a result I will never again list the said products for sale.
3. Future improvement policy
This case is brought about by my lack of experience and lack of knowledge on the infringement of intellectual property rights.
I have looked around the products of various stores and net shops in Japan, and listed the products that I myself like for sale in my Amazon shop.
I wasn't deeply aware when I listed them for sale that the products have intellectual property rights.
I have reflected deeply from this suspension and from hereon, when I list a product for sale I will pay attention to the above until now.
First of all, I will deepen my understanding of Amazon's sales agreement.
既に、出品規約をプリントアウトし、デスク上に置いています。
出品時、いつでもすぐに確認できる状態となっています。
また、サスペンドに対して、特に知的財産権の侵害について、
同業者やインターネット上からの情報収集を行っております。
知的財産権の侵害について、大分理解が深まってきましたし、
今後も毎月、勉強会を開き、引き続き情報収集を行い、出品規約の理解を深めて参ります。
出品に関して、私は一括出品ツールを使用しております。
I've already printed out the listing terms and have them on the desk.
I should be able to check them at the time of listing.
I'm also collecting some information from the fellow traders and the internet regarding suspension and especially the infringement of intellectual property rights.
I understand more about the infringement of intellectual property rights and I will hold a study group and collecting more information every month from now on to understand even more of the listing terms.
As for the listing, I'm using an all in one tool.
上記の方法で収集した情報を活かして、知的財産権を有する商品については、
確実にブラックリスト化を行い、しっかり除外した上で出品ツールを使用します。
さらに、出品する前にメーカーに私がAmazonで販売して良い商品かどうか
確認してから出品するようにします。
そして今回の事案により、ツールとは別に今回の該当商品や今後Amazonからの警告商品を出品していないかを監視する、在庫監視担当者を新たに一名雇用しました。
この作業によって私の経験不足、知識不足を補っていきます。
By making use of the collected information by the above ways, about the products having the intellectual property right, do blacklisting, and the exhibition tool will be used after excluding firmly.
In addition, I will put up for sale after confirming whether I can sell the products at Amazon before put them up for sale at the manufacturer.
And by the case this time, one new inventory monitoring person in charge was employed that monitors whether the warning products are exhibited or not from the corresponding products and Amazon in the future aside from the tools.
I will supplement my lacks of experience and knowledge with this work.
4.アピール
約一年間販売を行ってきて、約300件以上ほどの注文を受け、そのうちバイヤー様から約20件ほどのレビューをいただきほとんどのレビューが星５つの評価をいただいており、この1年間は、お客様に対しては真摯に販売を行って参りました。
とは言っても一年間しか販売を行ってきていない新米セラーだからこそ特に注意して、出品規約通りに出品すべきところでしたが、
私の知識不足、経験不足から、知的財産権を侵害する商品を出品してしまい、
ご迷惑をおかけすることとなりました
4. Appeal
I have carried out around a year of sales, have received as much as around more than 300 orders, and of which have received as much as around 20 reviews, most of which have received 5 stars. Within this one year I have earnestly carried out sales to customers.
Even so saying, it is exactly because that I am a novice seller who has only been selling for a year that I should pay particular attention and follow exactly what is stated in the sales listing agreement but due to my lack of knowledge and experience I have listed a product that infringes intellectual property rights for sale and caused inconvenience.
今回の件を大事な教訓として今後の活動に活かしていきます。
私は2014年に新婚旅行でオーストラリアに行きました。その際、多くのオーストラリアの方々や文化や自然と接する機会があり、帰国したらいつの間にかオーストラリアを愛するようになっていました。
そんなたくさんの感動をくれたオーストラリアに恩返しができないかと考え、次第に日本のことをオーストラリアにもっと発信していきたいという思いに魅力を感じておりました。
I will use the current matter as an important lesson for my future activities.
In 2014 I went to Australia for my honeymoon. At that time I had the chance to come in contact with many Australian people, culture and nature. After returning home I suddenly came to love Australia.
I thought, can't I repay Australia for the many remarkable feelings it has given me? Consequently I felt attracted to the thought of conveying things about Japan to Australia.
そんな感動をくれたオーストラリアに恩返しをしたく、日本製品をオーストラリアのお客様にお知らせし、喜んで使っていただきたいと思い、Amazonでの販売を開始しました。
今回のサスペンドを教訓として、今後は規約をしっかり守って運営してまいります。

I wanted to pay back Australia who gave me these many remarkable feelings and let Australian customers know about Japanese products, and wanted them to use the products happily. So I started selling in Amazon.
With the current suspension as a lesson, from hereon I will be running my store strictly following the sales listing agreement.
Please give me one more chance to sell in Amazon.
