This is probably a very "Japanese" idea.
Komiflo, a read-all-adult manga-tha-you-can service for adults. It uses a revolutionary system where girls take off more clothes as you progress through registration. Everytime you enter information on a form a girl says things like "Please enter your information. You might get a reward..." "Just a little further. Keep at it."
Personally, it reminds me of the form being used at Basecamp.com.

This could be a typical "Japanese-like" idea.
Komiflo, the all-you-can-read adult manga magazine for grownups. As you proceed with your user registration process, an epoch-making system of a girl keep taking off her clothes has been incorporated By the way, as you complete each form, a girl would talk to you such as "Please enter your information... and you might get a reward...", "y=You are almost done. Hang in there..." and the like.
Personally, it reminded me of the entry form used on Basecamp.com.
