PCIカードの増設は必要ありません。
以下の制限がありますがソフトウェアの学習には問題ないと考えます。
・ファイルの書き出しができない。
・映像と音の同期がずれる
・ボードがないため、外部出力できない
ハードウェア的には、よいスペックのPCを用意してもらう必要があると思います。

Our company especially provides the software version of ooooo (product name).
(I will hand over the English version after finalizing it.)
There is no need to install more PCI cards.
The following restrictions apply but it is considered to have no issues in software learning.
・cannot write files
・video and audio are not in sync
・there is no board so cannot do external output
Hardware-wise, I think it will be necessary to prepare a PC with good specs.
