商品の到着を日本で楽しみにしています。
商品が到着しましたら、契約書とインボイスの書類に署名して、貴方に返送します。
書類は出来るだけ早く、返送しますが、私は2/17～2/23までフランスに出張しなければなりません。
この間に届いた場合、書類の返送が帰国後になります。ご了解ください。

Thank you very much for sending me a shipping confirmation yesterday.
I look forward to receiving it in Japan.
Once the item arrives, I will sign the contract and the invoice and return them to you.
I will try to send them as early as possible.
However, if the item arrives during my business trip to France, which is between Feb. 17 and 23, I will send back the documents after I'm back in Japan. Please be noted.
