ホテルには昨日到着しました。
素敵な部屋でとても気に入っています。
ただ、booking.comのサイトにはバスアメニティグッズがついていると
かいてあったのですが、ありませんでした。
石けんやシャンプーなど最低限のものでもいいのですが、サービスには含まれないのでしょうか？
それから27日のチェックアウトはまだ時間が決まっていないのですが、
どのようにすればいいでしょうか？
I arrived at the hotel yesterday.
The room is wonderful and I love it.
However, booking.com website mentioned that the room had bath amenity goods, but there was none.
At least soap and shampoo etc would be enough, but are they not included in the service?
Also, check out time on 27th has not been finalized yet, what should I do?
