9月10日にA社と会議がありますが、例年A社に対して、当事業年度の監査計画について、あなたから説明して頂いていると昨年会議に参加した日本チームの鈴木さんと田中さんから伺いました。
今年も同様に説明をお願いできますでしょうか。また、添付は昨年あなたのチームから頂いた資料です。今年も用意して頂けますでしょうか。

Thank you for giving your time in the phone meeting the other day.
There is a meeting with A company on Sept 10 but with regard to the inspection plans for A company every year, for this fiscal year, we received the explanation from you and we asked the Japan team of Suzuki and Tanaka of the Japanese team who participated in last year's meeting.
I wonder if I can ask you to do the explanations in the same way this year as well? Also, the attachment is the material I received last year from your team. Can I ask you to prepare materials for this year as well?
I am looking forward to to be able to meet you on next week's business trip.
