確かに卒業見込み証明書を提出してワーキングビザを申請することは出来ますが、後日、卒業証明書を提出した後の審査機関を短く出来るだけで、あくまでビザが発給されるのは卒業証明書を提出してからになるそうです。
ビザの申請は既に我々で進めていますので、貴方が申請する必要はありません。
給与の件ですが、当社で勤務を開始出来るのはワーキングビザが発行されてからになります。給与は契約した金額をベースに実際の勤務日に応じて月割り・日割りで支払われます。

We have been told that your visa will not be issued until your graduation certificate is submitted although we can apply for your working visa with an expected graduation certificate which will shorten processing period after a submission of the graduation certificate.
Since we have already applied for your visa, you do not have to apply by yourself.
Regarding your salary, you will be able to work for us once your working visa is issued. It will be paid based on the contract with adjustment to monthly or daily prorated which will be determined by actual days of your work.

Certainly the working visa can be applied by submitting the prospective graduation certificate, it will only help shorten the screening process but the actual visa issuance will be after the graduation certificate submission.
Visa application has been progressed at our end, so you need not worry about applying for your own.
Regarding the salary payment, you can start working with us after the work visa is issued. Salary payment will be calculated based on the agreed amount as the base multiplied by the number of work days per month/day.
