添付画像を見ると分かりますが、商品のパッケージの一部が10個全部切り取られています。明らかに故意的です。私はこの商品を日本で販売する予定でしたが、これでは売り物になりません。商品は日本にあります。返送するので、そちらの住所、電話番号を教えてください、そちらに到着したら、商品のパッケージの一部が切り取られていない完全なものを10個、アメリカの住所に再送付してください。以上、宜しくお願い致します。
You can understand from looking at the attached image, but one part of the product's packaging, all 10 pieces were being cut off. It is obviously done on purpose. I intend to sell this product in Japan, but this cannot be sold at all. The product is in Japan. As I will be sending it back, please tell me your address and contact number. Once it has arrived, please send another 10 completed pieces with no cut off on the packaging, to the address in America.
