新しいパスワードに変更するように要求されるのですが、新しいパスワードに変更しようとすると、「Something went wrong while processing your request. Please try again.」というエラーメッセージが出てログインできない状態です。
6ヶ月以上前から発生している不具合なので至急修正をお願いできませんでしょうか?ログインができずお客様にメッセージを送ることができない状況です。
