新しいパスワードに変更するように要求されるのですが、新しいパスワードに変更しようとすると、「Something went wrong while processing your request. Please try again.」というエラーメッセージが出てログインできない状態です。
６ヶ月以上前から発生している不具合なので至急修正をお願いできませんでしょうか？ログインができずお客様にメッセージを送ることができない状況です。

I've been required to renew my password, but when I try to change my password, this message comes out, "Something went wrong while processing your request. Please try again." So I can't log in. I've had this problem for more than six months. Could you fix this problem as soon as possible? Since I can't log in, I haven't be able to send messages to my customers.
