Would it be OK to wait for the payment which will be paid later than 3rd of next month if it's after adding 1% as late fee for the invoice?

If the manufacturer can ship two orders together, then the transportation fee can be reduced. Can you please make an inquiry to the manufacturer if they can bundle two orders into one order from a customer?
