初めにGK SENS ボタンから6弦を登録する
適当にセッテイングすると全部が反応してます。
とりあえず近くの楽器店で診てもらうことは出来ないか？
とにかくローランドに問い合わせて欲しい
返品されたアイテムはローランドで調べてもらいます。
なぜなら 私は壊れた商品を販売しているセラーではないし
お客さんのセッテイングをやはり疑ってしまう
お客さんの調整ミスなら半額しか返金しない

Have you made inquiries at a Roland that is near your country?
First of all, record 6 strings with the GK SENS button.
It will respond by making all appropriate settings.
For the meantime, can't you have it looked at a music store near you.
For now, I want you to make inquiries at Roland.
I will have returned items examined by Roland.
Why? Because I am not a seller who sells broken items and
as expected I doubt the settings ypu made.
If it's due to a fault in your adjustments I will only return half of the price.
