レンタカーをご利用のお客様へ返却の際の手順
車を貸出の時に、当店からお客様に「ワイヤレス・チャイム」をお渡しします。
ご返却の際は車を元の駐車場へ停めて、お渡しした「送信機」のボタンを車の中で一度だけ押して下さい。
そうするとスタッフが持っている「受信機」が鳴ります。すぐにスタッフが駆けつけますので、お帰りの準備をしながらその場で少し(1～2分)お待ち下さい。
車のチェックをします。問題がなければ、スタッフにレンタカーの鍵とファイルと送信機をお返し下さい。そちらで全て終了です。
The procedure for thetcustomers to return the rent-a-cars after the use
We hand "a wireless chime" of our store to the customer at the time of rental of the car .
Park the car on returning it at the original parking lot, and push the button of "the transmitter" we handed only once in the car.
Then "the receiver" of the staff rings. Because the staff will rush to you immediately, wait a little (1-2 minutes) on the spot while making preparations to leave.
We will check the car. If you have no problem, please return the key of the rent-a-car, the file and the transmitter to the staff. That's all and over.
