Thank you for your message.
As I am a Japanese, I do not know about the business practice in the US very much.
Therefore unfortunately I cannot understand the intention of the e-mail you just sent to me.
Do you mean, "As it would cost 10,000 dollars, I would like you to decide whether I should sell it out after repairing or should sell it in the price where 10,000 dollars are subtracted from the selling price, 24,900 dollars." by the e-mail?
Can you please tell me a little more details about the current situation and what I should decide in order for me to make an appropriate judgement?
Thank you in advance.

Thank you for reaching me.
I am not aware of the business custom of property sales/purchases for Japanese people in the US.
For this reason, I am not fully understanding the intent of the received email.
Is it correct understand that the e-mail indicates "You would like me to judge to see if I am selling the property after repair since it would cost 10,000 dollars to fix, or selling it at the sale price (24,900 dollars) after subtracting 10,000 dollars"?
In order for me to judge appropriately would you please explain more about the details of the current status and matters I need to judge?
