写真等使用に関する承諾書
園での活動中に撮影する園児の画像、映像等を当園の説明会や紙媒体、オンライン等で使用することがあります。不都合のある場合は、あらかじめご相談下さい。画像、映像等の使用を禁止するお申し出のない場合は、上記目的の限度で、当園が園児の肖像権を無償で使用することを承諾したものとしますので、ご確認、ご了承のほどお願いします。

Images and videos etc. of the kindergarten students photographed during activity in the kindergarten may be used at the briefing meeting, paper medium, online etc.. In case of inconvenience, please consult us in advance. If here is no proposal to prohibit the use of images, videos, etc., we will assume that this garden can use the portrait right of students with free of charge limited for the above purpose only, so please confirm and accept.
なお、画像、映像等の掲載後に、保護者様からのお申し出のあった場合、当園は、媒体からの画像、映像等の削除、使用の取り下げや画像・映像処理等によって対応します。
