Have you received the item which you ordered?

We sent it by air mail. It is normally delivered within 2 or 4 weeks.
After the shipment, the items are controlled by the forwarder.
(The delivery sometimes delay from the schedule due to the condition of air mail or traffic, and the check at the customs.)
If you will not receive the item after more than one week after the delivery due date, we will consider of the deal such as refund.
We will tackle with solving the issue for your satisfaction as much as possible.
