I ordered the above 6 items. You shipped them without packing though you had known that you would have shipped to Japan by international flight. As you can see in the photo, the box damages are severe. It is natural because you have not thought about careful packing. Though I plan to sell the items in Japan, I cannot sell them. It is clearly your shipping department's carelessness. You could have imagined this would have happened if they were by international flight. You should be more careful about packing. Please issue a full refund for the product money. As the shipping fees are expensive, I will not return them.

I ordered 6 items listed above. You understand to send them to Japan by international mail, but sent them without packing. You will see it in the picture. The outside of the box is heavily damaged. I ordered six pieces of the above item. For knowing the item being shipped to Japan via international mail, you have shipped the item without any wrapping. As you can see in the picture, the damage on the box is apparent. No wonder why without any packaging. I am planning to sell the item in Japan, but with this condition I cannot.
