私は上記商品を6個注文した。あなた方は日本まで国際便で送付するのを理解しているのに、商品を何も梱包ぜずにむき出しのまままで送付してきた。写真を見てもらうと分かるが、箱の損傷が激しい。何も梱包に配慮していないから当然だ。私はこの商品を日本で販売する予定だが、これでは販売できない。あきらかにあなた方の配達部門の配慮に欠けたミスだ。国際便ならこうなるのは予め予想できるはずだ。あなた方は梱包にもっと配慮すべきだ。全額返金してください。送料が高いのでドイツには返送しません。

I ordered six pieces of the above item. For knowing the item being shipped to Japan via international mail, you have shipped the item without any wrapping. As you can see in the picture, the damage on the box is apparent. No wonder why without any packaging. I am planning to sell the item in Japan, but with this condition I cannot. This is apparently your shipping department's miss with lack of consideration. This could have been predicted for an international shipping. You should have paid more attention carefully. I ask you for a full refund. I refuse to return the item to Germany since it is costly.
