詳しい人に聞いたのですがスペインでは購入者が実際にインボイスの金額で購入したという証拠がないと商品を受け取れない事がよくあるようです。Paypalでの購入履歴からインボイスを作成しそれを持っていかないと商品を受け取れないようなので金額を安くしてインボイスを発行する事はできません。お力になれずすみません。Paypalからインボイスを作成し指定のメールアドレスに送ります。
ご理解いただけたらebayのCaseをcloseして頂きますようお願い致します。

I heard from an expert and realized that it often happens in Spain that the buyer cannot receive the item unless he or she has the proof of the purchase in the price written on the invoice. As it seems you cannot receive the item without presenting the invoice created from the purchase history in PayPal, I cannot make an invoice with the lower price than the actual one. I am sorry about that. I will create an invoice based on PayPal purchase history and send it to the designated mail address.
