詳しい人に聞いたのですがスペインでは購入者が実際にインボイスの金額で購入したという証拠がないと商品を受け取れない事がよくあるようです。Paypalでの購入履歴からインボイスを作成しそれを持っていかないと商品を受け取れないようなので金額を安くしてインボイスを発行する事はできません。お力になれずすみません。Paypalからインボイスを作成し指定のメールアドレスに送ります。
ご理解いただけたらebayのCaseをcloseして頂きますようお願い致します。

As I heard from the person who knew very well, the buyer often can't receive the item if s/he doesn't show the evidence that s/he actually purchased the item by the amount of the invoice, in Spain.
Since it seems to be that you can't receive the item unless you make the invoice from the purchase history in Paypal and bring it, I can't issue the invoice with cheaper price. I am very sorry that I can't help you. I will make the invoice from Paypal and send to the designated e-mail address.
I would really appreciate that you will close the case of ebay when you understand that.
