詳しい人に聞いたのですがスペインでは購入者が実際にインボイスの金額で購入したという証拠がないと商品を受け取れない事がよくあるようです。Paypalでの購入履歴からインボイスを作成しそれを持っていかないと商品を受け取れないようなので金額を安くしてインボイスを発行する事はできません。お力になれずすみません。Paypalからインボイスを作成し指定のメールアドレスに送ります。
ご理解いただけたらebayのCaseをcloseして頂きますようお願い致します。

I asked someone who knows well about it, and it seems that it often happens in Spain that you can not recieve the item which you can not prove the price of the item is the same as the one written on the invoice. I can not issue the invoice with cheaper price because I have to make in invoice from the history of Paypal and bring it to receive the item. I am sorry I cant help. I will make an invoice from Paypal and I will send it to yhe address you would like.
