11/18に注文しました注文番号603084が本日到着しました。
中身を確認したところ、9999を3個注文し、伝票には3個となっていますが、全く入っておらず、かわりに注文していない商品14-XPが3個入っています。14-XPは必要ないので、処分していいですか?また、返送する場合は、返送送料は御社が負担してください。
1013685を3個を至急手配ください。
今回納品されなかった商品は、いつごろ発送していただけますか?

After checking the content of the order, I found three of Product #14-XP, which I didn't order, even though I ordered three of 9999, which is also shown in a shipping slip.
