トムとの会議について、私は、ＮＥＣと次のように調整いたしました。
日時： 1月7日（水）14：30～16：00
場所： ＮＥＣ（田町）
参加予定者： ＮＥＣ： 山田氏、鈴木氏
（今後、変更もあり得る。）
I and NEC arranged the meeting with Tom as below.
Date: January 7th (wed) 14：30～16：00
Place: NEC (Tamachi)
Participants : NEC: Mr.Yamada and Mr.Suzuki (it possibility changes)
なお、ＮＥＣから、会議の後にランチのオファーがありました。しかし、当日、トム
は15：00から別の予定が入っているので難しいと思うと、私は回答しています。
また、ＮＥＣは、トムに田中・ＮＥＣ前社長と加藤・新社長にお会い頂きたいと考えていたが、
残念ながら当日は二人とも忙しくて時間が取れない事をお許し頂きたい、との説明がありました。
また、会議のアジェンダについて、現在、ＮＥＣとしても検討しているので、近い内に相談したいと
申し出がありました。
Also, there was a lunch invitation after the meeting and NEC. But I answered that it would be difficult for Tom to attend as he had another appointment at 3pm.
In addition, in regards to NEC, I thought Tom would like to meet Mr Tanaka (the ex-president of NEC) as well as Mr Kato (the current president), but unfortunately, the two of them will be busy on that day and cannot take time out . I explained the situation as such and asked for their forgiveness.
Moreover, as for the meeting agenda, NEC is considering it right now, so I submitted a request to discuss it soon.
