I deeply apologize for the confusion caused by my misunderstanding. I mistakenly delivered a document that was supposed to be delivered to a customer in Mexico to your address. We do have the same items in our inventory, so we are delivering it to America from Japan using EMS so it can arrive as fast as possible. It should not take several weeks for the product to reach America from Japan, it should arrive in around five days if it does not get held back at the customs.
I apologize for the trouble caused by my repeated clumsiness. Furthermore, product A's mirror is broken, so please be careful.

I still have many of the same item in stock and sent it to you by EMS, which was the fastest possible delivery method from Japan to the US. It won't take weeks to arrive. If it goes through the customs smoothly, it should arrive in about 5 days or so.

I am very sorry for having made you confused because of my misunderstanding. I sent the document which originally had to be sent to the customer in Mexico to you by mistake. As the same items were available in my stock, I made shipment by EMS which delivers the item from Japan to US in the shortest time. It would not take so long as a few weeks, but the item would arrive at you in approximately five days unless it takes long to clear the customs.
I am really sorry for having caused you a lot of trouble due to my repetitive mistakes. And, please be advised that the mirror of item A is broken.

Fortunately I had some stock of the same products here and I have already sent it using EMS which is the fastest way from Japan to the United States. It will not take so much. I assume that it will arrive it in about 5 days unless the customs clearance takes a long time.
