海外顧客用のリターンラベルを発行していただくことは可能でしょうか?
返送はEMSという日本郵便の国際郵便で返送します。
返送料は一旦私が立て替えます。
発送後にレシートをメールで送りますので、
後日送料の返金をお願いします。

I bought a backpack but the length was a little over 10cm shorter than the size that was listed. There was also an earphone hole in the picture, but it didn't actually have one.
I'd like to return the item but because the item is in Japan, would you be able to issue an overseas customer return label?
I'll return it by EMS through Japan Post international mail.
I'll pay the return charge for now.
I'll send the receipt by mail after it's been returned, so could you please repay the cost of postage on another day.
