冬季（１２月、１月、２月）の退居は、寒すぎるので誰も引っ越さないのでご遠慮いただいております。もし帰国がその時期に重なる等ある方は事前にお問い合わせください。

Both the washer and drier are located on the first floor od the house, so you can use them right away.
We are afraid that we cannot accept your request for moving to another place during the winter season (from December to February of the following year) as it is too cold a season for relocation. Please inquire us about the timing in advance if you are to go back to your country during that time of the year.
We run and manage two share houses and welcome guests in our own home in Toronto. We have stayed here for years and are ready to give you a hand anytime you are in trouble. Please feel free to contact us if you intend to stay here for long periods!
