震災時の行動について
震災時の行動においては、以下のようなことに注意してください。
・むやみに移動を行わない
地震発生から少なくとも3日間程度は救助・救急活動が優先され、混乱した状況が続きます。外出先にいる場合、むやみに帰宅しようとするとこれらの活動を妨げるだけでなく、自身にとっても大変危険です。職場や学校、一時滞在施設など安全な場所に留まることも検討してください。

Do not move around
At least 3 days after earthquake occurred rescue is prior to other things and situation is discombobulated. When you are outside, you may disturb rescue if you try to go home and it is very dangerous. Please consider to stay at safe place such as work place, school, or temporary staying facility.
・交通機関は使わない
車両の安全確認や道路の混雑で電車やバスなどの公共交通機関も相当な期間利用が出来なくなります。帰宅する場合、これらの利用を極力避け、徒歩で帰宅するようにしましょう。また、駅周辺も運転再開を待つ人で混雑が予想されるので、なるべく近づかないようにしましょう。
・Do not use public transportation
To check the vehicle's safety and traffic jam make public transportation, such as bus and train useless in long period. When you go home, please avoid using them and go home by walk. Also please keep away from train station as there may get crowded as people are waiting for trains restart running again.
・連絡は必要最低限に行う
通話の集中や設備の被災などにより、電話がつながりにくくなることが予想されます。安否の連絡は親族、友人など、必要最低限に行いましょう。また、災害用伝言ダイヤル・災害用伝言板（171番・web171）やSNS（LINE等）なども利用して効率的に連絡を行いましょう。

Telephone may not connect well due to overuse and facility damaged by natural disaster. When you check safety, just check in minimum necessary such as your family and friends. Also please use disaster message board(171, web171) SNS(ex LINE) and contact efficiently.
