こちらの注文で不良が見つかり７月の中旬頃メールで問い合わせた際に
商品代の50％と税金を3から５営業日で返金して頂けるとのことですが本日確認した所まだ返金されておりません。
しかし、受け取った商品を確認したところSilverの刺繍が入っていました。
返金希望します
刺繍の文字の縁の部分に問題があります。
白の下糸が布の表側に出てきてしまっているため、青い文字が汚く見えてしまいます。
いつも送ってもらっている刺繍文字と比べても、仕上がりが悪いです。
もっと綺麗に縫ってもらうことは出来ますか？
Failure was found on the item I ordered, and when I made an inquiry by email in the middle of July, I was informed that refund of 50% for the amount of item and tax would be refunded in 3 to 5 working days, but as I checked today there has been no refund yet.
However, as I checked the item I received, it had Silver embroidery.
I'd like to request refund.
There is a problem on the rim of embroidered letter.
White lower thread appears on the front side of fabric, so blue letters look bad.
Compared to embroidered letters you usually send, finishing of this is not good.
Will you embroider more neatly?
