こちらでの検討の結果、用語Xに対する定義の記載に関して、特に異論なしという結論に至りました。ちなみに、当該用語に対する定義が確定した後は、現在「current」になっている「ABC」という用語は「non-current」になると予想していますが、この認識に間違いはありませんでしょうか。
用語Xに対する日本語訳については、多少の議論が必要と思われますが、日本国内に限った問題ですので、ご心配は要りません。またお目にかかれます事を楽しみにしています。

After the evaluation in our side, we have reached an conclusion that we have no objection regarding the description for the definition on the word X. Also, we believe the word "ABC" that is shown as "current"should be "non-current" and would appreciate it if you could confirm our understanding. We may need more discussion as to the Japanese translation of the word X. Please however do not worry as it is a matter related to only to Japan. We look forward to meeting with you again soon.
