I would like to confirm the reason the item (remote controlled device) is not working before I am able to procure the radio unit from the manufacturer.
1. If I am able to get the item from the manufacturer do you think that will resolve the problem? (I will check with the manufacturer to see why the item is not working.)
Once I'm absolutely certain that the item will be able to work perfectly, and no more issues pop up, I will send it out to you.
In addition, I will not be able to refund you after I send the item out to you.
I will be able to check with the manufacturer after the holiday, but what would you like me to do if I they do not have the receiver unit in stock? In such case, would you prefer a partial refund?
