つまりは名前の記載は会社のポリシーとして必須だけれど、住所は必須ではないため住所を記載しなければならないというインストラクションを出すべきであるということですよね。
私達の意見としては、上記をふまえると、住所だけの要求であるのに、改めてインストラクションをだす必要があるのか、ということです。

Our opinion is that we really need to show the instruction because it is only the requirement for address based on the above.
