先日、貴店から購入したものが届きましたが、カスタマーサポート・カードが無く、取扱説明書の裏がはげていました(添付写真参照)。
日本で転売する為、購入したのですが、反応がとても悪いです。
時計自体は問題ないのですが、日本人は細かいディテールを気にする為と思われます。
もし可能なら、カスタマーサポート・カードと、取扱説明書を送っていただけますか?
今後も貴店で購入しようと思ってましたので、送るのが無理なら、今後の購入は付属品もフルセット・無傷で送ってもらえるか、教えてください。

Theother day, I received the item which I bought from your shop.
