先日、貴店から購入したものが届きましたが、カスタマーサポート・カードが無く、取扱説明書の裏がはげていました（添付写真参照）。
日本で転売する為、購入したのですが、反応がとても悪いです。
時計自体は問題ないのですが、日本人は細かいディテールを気にする為と思われます。
もし可能なら、カスタマーサポート・カードと、取扱説明書を送っていただけますか？
今後も貴店で購入しようと思ってましたので、送るのが無理なら、今後の購入は付属品もフルセット・無傷で送ってもらえるか、教えてください。

I bought at the purpose to resell in Japan but the reaction is very bad.
The problem is not in watch itself but the Japanese seem to be the purpose to make the small details a feeling.
If possible, send a customer support card and a handling manual.
I intended to buy at your store in the future, too.
The full set in the future if the delivery is impossible and if impossible, is it possible to send an attachment unbrokenly?
