Of course. It looks to me like the box was possibly opened enroute. When I picked it up at the post office, one end of the box was opened and only held together by two pieces of tape. There was no packing material at that end. The box had much damage to it. From the damage I could confidently say that it was dropped from quite a height. However, the damage to the guitar is fixable. Would you like me to take it to a professional guitar craftsman and get an estimate for repair? That way, we would have a true idea of the extent of the damage. In the meantime I will hold onto everything and wait to hear from you regarding the investigator.
