運転免許証の裏側には何も記載されていません。
居住地に変更はありませんが、２年前に札幌市の住居表示変更があり、運転免許証の住所とAmazonに登録している住所は異なっております。
現在はどちらの住所も有効であり（郵便物、宅配便など全て） 引っ越しはしていないので運転免許証の住所変更はできません。札幌市長が発行した住居表示変更の通知書も一緒の画像で送りました。

There is no description on the back side of my drivers license.
There is no update about the address I live in, but Sapporo City executed modification of residence indication two years ago, so that the address described in the drivers license and the address registered at Amazon are different.
Currently both addresses are valid(for all postal mail and door-to-door parcel service), and I have not relocated. So I cannot change the address on the drivers license. I also attached the picture of the notification document about the modification of residence indication issued by Mayor of Sapporo City as well.
Please look at the old address which is before the change, and the new address which is after the change.
