4/26送信の請求取消データが
カード会社に届くまで約2~3週間程度
かかるそうです。

請求取消のデータがカード会社に届いた後に
カード会社へ直接電話でお問い合わせ頂くと
キャンセルの確認が取れるとのこと。

現在日本ではと連休が続きます。

楽天担当者曰く
「連休中カード会社も休業する為
 通常より更に日数がかかる可能性有」とのこと。

推測するに早くて5月の下旬、
遅いと6月になるかもしれません。

I contacted Rakuten and found that it would take about 2 to 3 weeks for a canceled invoice data sent on April 26th to get to a credit card company.

Also, after a credit card company receives the canceled invoice data, you could directly call the credit company to confirm the cancellation.

On the Rakuten system management page which we use in the shop, we can check "The sending out of cancellation request for billing", but unfortunately we cannot confirm "if the cancellation was completed or not."

Also, in case that shops send inquiry to the credit card company, they reply that they cannot disclose the information (※)other than contracted customers. (※ in order to protect individual information)

So, Can you please make a phone call to the credit card company from your side when they suppose to receive the cancellation request data?
