楽天へ問い合わせたところ
4/26送信の請求取消データが
カード会社に届くまで約2～3週間程度
かかるそうです。

請求取消のデータがカード会社に届いた後に
カード会社へ直接電話でお問い合わせ頂くと
キャンセルの確認が取れるとのこと。

現在日本ではと連休が続きます。
（4/29　5/1　3　4　5　7　8）
楽天担当者曰く
「連休中カード会社も休業する為
　通常より更に日数がかかる可能性有」とのこと。

推測するに早くて５月の下旬、
遅いと６月になるかもしれません。

I contacted Rakuten and found that it would take about 2 to 3 weeks for a canceled invoice data sent on April 26th to get to a credit card company.

Also, after a credit card company receives the canceled invoice data, you could directly call the credit company to confirm the cancellation.

There consecutive holidays in Japan now ( 4/29　5/1　3　4　5　7　8).
According to a Rakuten rep, "it might take longer than usual because a credit company will also be closed during the holidays."

My estimation is at the earliest it would be at the end of May and at the latest it would be June.
