I ordered NarrativeClip on April 15. It is April 27 now and still hasn't received.

What is the status on the package right now? I tried to track the package on the Narrativeclip website but couldn't do it.

My order number is #12983.

The color of Tamagotchi is yellow as it shows in the picture. But yellow Tamagotchi never existed for this model. I think the white one turned yellow since it was displayed in the showcase for a long time in the original package and it was never opened.
I checked and it works just fine. It's discounted because of the faded color. It's a great buy.

But the item was opened already ( It's not new anymore.), and there was a cost on the shipping also. So I am going to refund you $150.00. ( This is the amount after deducting the shipping fee and the value of the item since it's a used item now. )
