お世話になります。 先日、納品いただいた、 【310003　wood chair】にて重大なトラブルが発生しております。 80㎏程度の荷重を掛けただけで、 添付写真のように座面が割れてしまうものが、出ております。 割れてしまった、座面を剥がし中を確認しました。 ①板をつないでいるものは、もちろん割れます。 ②板をつないでいないものも、80㎏程度で割れてしまうものがあります。 これでは、とても出荷することが出来ません。 至急、対策を検討いただけますでしょうか？ ご返信お待ちしております。
