2013年4月から全国12会場28公演で約22万人を動員したアリーナツアーの最終公演（2013年7月28日＠国立代々木競技場第一体育館）を完全収録！
『これまで支えてきてくれたファンのみんなと一緒に選曲したい』というayuの意向により、これまでに発表された全241曲の中からファン投票によってセットリストを決定した、まさに“ベスト・オブ・ベスト"なライヴ。
The last performance (at Dai-ich Tai-ikukan of Kokuritsu Yoyogi Kyogijyo on July 28, 2013) of the tour is completely recorded! The tour attracted about 220, 000 people to 12 places and 28 performances since April, 2013.
With selected by her fans’ voting from all her 241 songs released, the set list for the last performance has been determined. It was done because of AYUMI HAMASAKI’s wish to choose songs with her fans who were so supportive up to today. So the live performance definitely has been the best of best.

It has a format that reminds of the "15 anniversary memorial book" that was very popular as a tour goods. It includes off shots photographed by Ryan Chan and also having real words by AYUMI HAMAZAKI editted by Mr. Tsuriya.
