Sorry for the delay in responding as I was away.
I have checked a trombone that I received. There are several damages seen on the instrument. For instance, a flaw of 10mm in size on a bell, 3 dented parts on a tuning slide and lacquer damage on the slide. It was written on your item description that the instrument was in a mint condition. I am extremely disappointed as I was truly looking forward to receiving the instrument. I would like a full refund of $ 800.00 from you. I will then send the instrument for repair as a mark of respect. Would you like to accept my request? If not, I do not mind returning the instrument to you. This is just a pre-confirmation.

This reply is a bit late as I've been away.
I have now received the trombone that you sent me. However, I have noticed that it has been damaged in a number of places: the area around the bell has a scratch of about 10mm in length, the tuning slide has been dented in 3 places, and the lacquer in the slide pipe has been damaged as well. The description in your product listing stated that it was in "as new condition". I was really looking forward to receiving it but I am now thoroughly disappointed.
Now, in order to resolve this I would like to ask you for a $800 refund. Out of respect for the instrument, I would like to use the money to repair it. Would you be agreeable to this? Or otherwise I am happy to return the trombone to you as well. I just want to make sure that we are agreed beforehand on how to proceed.
