I have checked a trombone that I received. There are several damages seen on the instrument. For instance, a flaw of 10mm in size on a bell, 3 dented parts on a tuning slide and lacquer damage on the slide. It was written on your item description that the instrument was in a mint condition. I am extremely disappointed as I was truly looking forward to receiving the instrument. I would like a full refund of $ 800.00 from you.
