届いたトロンボーンを確認しました。ですがベル部（朝顔）に長さ10mm程の傷アリ、チューニングスライドに3か所ヘコミあり、スライド管に一部ラッカー損傷あり等複数のダメージが確認出来ます。あなたの出品説明文では新品同様のコンディションとの記述でした。楽しみにしていた為とてもがっかりです。そこで私は800ドルのキャッシュバックを要求します。この楽器に敬意を払って修理代に使用します。あなたは要求を受け入れますか？返品でも良いです。これは事前確認です。

Sorry for my late reply but I haven't been here for a while.
I checked on the trombone that I had received.
However, I detected several dameges, such as an about 10 millimeter scratch on the bell, three dents on the tuning slide and a damage to a part of the main slide.
You stated that it was in mint condition in your item description.
I am really disappointed because I have been wanting for it.
Then, I ask you to give me cash back of $800.
I will use it for the repair charge in respect for this instrument.
Do you accept my demand? If not, it is possible to retuen it.
