発送代行会社を通して日本郵便に再度確認したところ、
一度も配達された形跡が無く返送手続きがあった可能性があるとの返答が返ってきました。
今ちょうど国際郵便局にあるため、明日くらいには返送される可能性が高いとのことです。
再送の手続きと、現地イタリアでの配送状況に関する調査請求を早急に出すよう依頼いたしました。

I confirmed once again with Japan Post again through the delivery agent that there was no record of being delivered and there was a possibility that it was returned to the sender.
The goods is at the International Post Office and it is likely that it will be returned tomorrow.
I requested to deliver it to me again and to issue an request to Italy an investigation on its delivery status as soon as possible.
