こんにちは。最初の段階で、ペンチを使わないとカードが取り出せなくなったとのことなので、カード挿入時になんらかの故障をしたことが考えられます。連絡がまったくないとのことですが、最初に連絡いただいてから、まだ２時間程度しかたっておりません。こちらも仕事がありますので、返信に半日程度の時間を要する場合はあります。
商品状態がどのようになってしまったかわかりませんが、故障した可能性がありますので返品は受付します。
リターンアドレス宛に商品をご返送いただければ、商品到着後にご返金をします。
Greetings. Since the card extraction couldn't begin without pliers, we believe some sort of malfunction happened during its insertion. You said I didn't reply to the initial message, but it was only sent 2 hours ago. I have work to do, and it might take me half a day to reply. I have no idea what happened to the product, but it could be malfunctioning, so I'm going to accept the return.
