We had asked the buyer to cancel our order on January 19th. because the items of this order were out of stock, And we had request of cancel from the buyer on the same day. So we have already completed the cancel procedures, and we have not made delivery of the item. Therefore, the feedback of the buyer claiming that the outer case was broken is obviously false.

I have asked our buyer to cancel the order on 19th JAN as we found that there is no inventory. On the same day, we have completed the cancellation process as the buyer has confirmed our cancellation request. So, we have not shipped any items to the buyer.
