あたたの注文のミスとなりますので下記に則ってすすめます
すでに送った商品箱は開けていますか？
すでに箱を開けている商品を返品される場合は購入金額の60%しか返金できません
すでに機械を使用した場合は中古品となりますので35%のみ返金されます
箱も開けずにお送りした状態で返品（箱にも痛みがなく）されれば満額返金いたします
しかしいずれにおいても日本からお客様のところへお送りした送料（$65）は返金されません
また日本にお送りする際の送料も客様が負担するようお願いいたします
The returning of goods is possible.
It becomes the mistake of your ordering, and will be handled as follows.
Have you opened the product box sent to you?
When you return the product with the box opened, we can refund only 60% of purchased amount.
When you return the machine used, it is taken as a used good, only 35% is refunded.
When you return it the box not opened (not damaged) and in the state as sent, the full amount will be refunded.
However, in whichever case, the postage ($ 65) from Japan to you will not be refunded.
And we kindly request you to bear the postage from you to Japan, too.
