FBA shipment ID:FBA37R907Dについて
先ほどReconcileタブを確認したら私が送った商品が全て紛失したとなっていましたがTrack shipementタブでは全て12月23日にDeliveredとなっています
これはＦＢＡセンター側で荷物の受取手続きが遅れているだけですか？それとも本当に全て紛失したのですか？
お手数をお掛けしますが詳細な状況を教えて下さい

I checked the reconcile tab earlier and all the items are missing, but on the track shipment tab,all the item were delivered on December 23rd.
Is it just delayed with the process at the FBA center? Or really missing?

I just checked Reconcile tab, and it said all items I sent were lost, but on track shipment tab says all were delivered on December 23rd.
Is this just because receipt process at FBA center side is delayed? Or all were really lost?
